Monthly Maintenance
With a fast turnaround and high level of service, you can have changes or amendments made on your web projects even if we did not create them in the first instance. PRIORITY CLIENT SUPPORT CENTRE
Client Support Centre
For our clients that require the urgency of a rapid response for additions and support we offer our priority client support centre. The cost is just £20 per hour with a minimum monthly retainer of only 10 hours.
MAINTENANCE RATE CARD


Monthly Maintenance:
Monthly Maintenance is ideal for customers who wish to have a small amount of changes made to their web projects on a regular basis.

For just £50 + VAT per month we can maintain and update your projects, at a lower cost then our standard rates (£15 per hour).

What's included:
£50 + VAT allocates you 5 hours per month on work carried out on your web projects, with additional hours charged at just £10 + VAT per hour. We will always give an estimate on timescale's before we start any work.

Conditions:
To take full advantage of “Monthly Maintenance” we do require a minimum contract term of 12 months. Any unused hours within a month does not carry over to the next month.
