Please note that all recruitment within the Group is dealt with through the HR Department. All Line Managers expect HR to manage their recruitment requirements and should you contact them directly, you will be directed back to HR. Please refrain from attempting to contact Line Managers directly as this may seriously jeopardise any chance you may have of working with us in the future.

As a Group, we operate a Preferred Supplier List (PSL) for all of our recruitment requirements. The PSL is reviewed annually, in January. We do not accept speculative applications or CV's from agencies, however received. All speculative applications or CV's sent by agencies will be deleted if sent electronically or shredded if sent in hard copy. The PSL is in place to ensure that we can recruit as efficiently and effectively as possible and we would ask that you respect that.

Our PSL review in January is a genuine review and if you are interested in being considered, please forward your company details, by email (please do not forward information by post) to: agencies (at) DAXIC.com. Your details will be registered and considered in the review. You should note that we have a maximum agency fee (5%) in place which is based on basic salary only and excludes commission being paid to agencies on any additional elements of the job offer we may make. If you would not be in a position to agree to these terms, then we will not be in a position to consider working with you.

Following the review we will contact those agencies that we believe may meet our selection criteria. If you have not been contacted by the beginning of February then your company has not been selected at this time. We will not be in a position to discuss why individual companies have not been selected and once the review has taken place, the PSL will remain in place for a minimum of 12 months.
